Also sponsored by Supsan, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport (BOM) has completed the weekend with a double podium by showing a strong performance in the fifth round of the 2025 GT4 European Series. On August 30–31, at the legendary Nürburgring circuit of the motorsports, in challenging weather conditions, BOM rose to second place in the drivers' standings with these proud results achieved on August 30, Victory Day, while also maintaining its position in second place in the teams' championship.
In the first race held on Saturday, August 30, our drivers Yağız Gedik and Pedro Ebrahim, competing in car number 11, started the race in thirteenth place and finished in fifth, and earned valuable points in the drivers' standings. Berkay Besler and Gabriele Piana, who raced in car number 12, raised our flag on the podium by securing third place in the race they started from sixteenth, as a result of an outstanding performance during the Victory Day celebrations.
In the second race held on Sunday, August 31, drivers Yağız Gedik and Pedro Ebrahim, starting from 23rd place in car number 11, finished the race in ninth place with an impressive rise. Berkay Besler and Gabriele Piana in car number 12 also achieved a wonderful performance, achieving to reach the podium in second place. With this result, BOM crowned the Nürburgring weekend with podium success for two consecutive days.
The final race of the GT4 European Series will be held at the Barcelona Circuit on October 11–12. BOM is preparing to continue its championship claim strongly also in the final round of the season.
