BOM co-pilots Pedro Ebrahim and Yağız Gedik secured a place on the winners’ podium in the second race held on 19 May; Ebrahim also took first place in the Rookie Cup on the same day.

Getting the first day of the series’ second-leg races off to a flying start, the Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport team saw co-pilots Pedro and Yağız climb from 11th place to 5th while co-pilots Berkay and Gabriele ended the day rising from 8th to 4th place. Both vehicles were beset by tire problems towards the end of the race, and the pilots ended the first day without seeing the chequered flag.

Racing in car number 12, co-pilots Berkay and Gabriele started in 9th place, rising to 1st with their skilled driving but finished in 24th place after their front left tire burst following a collision on the last lap.
