Clarification Text: Regarding the processing of Customer/Dealer/Authorised Dealer/Employee personal data for Travel, Gifts and Campaigns
a) Data Controller and its Representative
In its capacity as Data Controller pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law Number 6698 (“Law”), Supsan Motor Supaplari San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Company” or “Supsan”) shall process your personal data for the following purposes.

Supsan processes your identity (name-surname), contact (e-mail, phone, address) and your points, coupons and campaign details.
c) Why Your Personal Data Will be Processed
Your personal data will be processed in Türkiye and abroad for the following purposes: to conduct gift, campaign and promotion activities, marketing studies, customer satisfaction activities, company, products and services loyalty activities; to personalise and recommend products and services based on your likes, usage habits and needs; to plan and execute event management and corporate communication activities; to plan and manage customer, business partner, dealer and supplier relations; to plan and execute processes for selling goods and services; to plan logistics activities; to conduct in-house operational and business processes for stated purposes; to examine and audit our business activities and to pursue and conduct legal affairs.

ç) To Whom Your Personal Data are Transferred and Why
Your personal data are transferred to third parties both in Türkiye and abroad for the following purposes.
| Business Partners and Suppliers | To purchase products/services from third parties; to conduct operational processes involving products and services; to run campaigns/promotional work; to conduct financial and accounting affairs; to manage relations with business partners and suppliers; to maintain business continuity. |
| Competent Authorities | To inform the competent authorities; to run our legal affairs and conduct our activities in accordance with legislation. |
| Borusan Group Companies | To ensure compliance with Borusan Group policies; to maintain business continuity; to examine and audit our business processes. |
d) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected by automated, partially automated means or manually, provided this is part of a filing system, by providing information either physically or electronically, through e-mail correspondence or over the phone, Your personal data are processed in accordance with the following legal grounds set forth in Art. 5 of the Law: “the establishment, exercise or protection of a right” and “when the processing of such data is mandatory for our legitimate interests”.
e) Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law
You can choose any of the following methods to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law “regulating the rights of the data subject” or you can forward your requests to our company using the other methods in the Communique on the Principles and Procedures of Applying to the Data Controller.
