Supported by Supsan in addition to other sponsors, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport (BOM) has successfully concluded the 3rd round races at Belgium's famed Spa-Francorchamps circuit, known for its legendary Eau Rouge chicane.
The GT4 European Series' 3rd round races, held between June 30th and July 1st, coincided with the 24-hour races again this year, just like previous years. The concurrent events, as well as the Parade held in downtown SPA, created a festive ambiance. The event, where race drivers met with motorsport enthusiasts and handed out autographed cards, was marked by lively scenes.
In their #12 race car, Berkay Besler and Tom Edgar finished at 6th position in the Silver category in the first race. Despite heavy rainfall during Sunday's second race, the Berkay-Tom duo showcased remarkable sprints against their competitors, securing a 3rd place finish and a podium spot. Yağız Gedik and Enzo Joulie, who drove the car numbered 11, completed the first race in 10th place and the second race in 19th place within the Silver Category.
Following these outcomes, Borusan Otomotiv Motorsport accumulated 68 points, ranking 3rd in the Silver Category. In the same category, Berkay Besler and Tom Edgar also took the 3rd place, with 67 points. Meanwhile, Enzo Joulie and Yağız Gedik were positioned 9th in the drivers' standings.
The 4th round of the GT4 European Series, broadcasted on TV8,5 will take place on July 15-16 at the Misano circuit in Italy.
