Supsan’s Engineering Services start with comprehensive offers intended for the materials and design of all system components including valves, valve bearings (inserts), valve guides, valve cotters, push rods and turbocharger systems.
Simulations and analyses are carried out for the expected performance and lifetime of a recommended product considering the design and material variables.Supsan’s customers have many advantages in terms of engineering. These include the following:

Testing
Critical components such as valves, inserts and guides can be tested in special testing assemblies in order to validate the solution recommended by Supsan. Component tests reduce the need for time consuming and expensive engine tests to be performed later in the validation process.
