Supsan’s Engineering Services start with comprehensive offers for the materials and design of all system components including valves, valve seats (inserts), valve guides, lugs, push rods and overfill systems based on the customer’s unique requirements.
Simulations are run and analyses made taking into account such variables as the performance and life expectancy of the recommended product, design and materials.

Testing
Critical components such as valves, inserts and guides can be tested on special test rigs to validate the solution proposed by Supsan. Component tests reduce the need for time-consuming and expensive engine tests later in the validation process.
