Orange Ethics

Orange Ethics Hotline

The Borusan Group Ethics Committee has developed the code of conduct that Borusan employees have to follow. Borusan Group employees are responsible for following this code of conduct and making sure that others also follow it.

The “Orange Ethics Hotline” has been created as part of this responsibility. Borusan employees can use this hotline for advice on their own behaviour or that of other Borusan employees, and for reporting purposes. All notifications regarding compliance with the code of conduct for Borusan Group companies and employees are expected to be made over this phone line. The Ethics Committee replies to all questions and notifications.

Borusan Holding Ethics Committee is responsible for investigating complaints and notifications of ethics code violations and for developing solutions. The Ethics Committee reports to the Chair of the Borusan Holding Board of Directors and investigations are conducted by the Borusan Holding Audit Department. The notifications made to the Ethics Committee by Borusan Group employees or third parties remain confidential. We work with KPMG to manage this process. Independent experts conduct the examinations and investigations confidentially.
